  • Sticky sauce: light soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic, ginger, cornstarch.

Step -by-step instructions

Step 1. In a large bowl, mix beef, onion, green onion, garlic, panko breadcrumbs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cilantro, egg and black pepper to taste. Combine until everything is incorporated.
